• You waive any claim against BadSniper for trading losses
• You understand price volatility can result in rapid losses

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Any trading losses, financial losses, or monetary damages
• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages

• System failures, service interruptions, or technical issues
• Incorrect execution of trades or orders
• Market movements or price fluctuations

The total liability of BadSniper for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the prior 30 days, if any.
